menu breakfast

okey semestinye klo bru diet die jadi semangt gilerrr kan..but my mom she not trust on my diet routine bcoz i eat a lot of chicken and fried.. sifu said that i have to face it..but with different way..ex eat lot of vegetables and when u want to eat fried chicken, cheese and so do it behind ur mom..  agaga i'll ty sifuu..  and i hopeee..this time is real diet lah no more cheat..no more stresss..if stresss dont cheat by heavy meal..ok2 fatin if u really2 stress just skip ur excersice okeyy..jngnlah makn..nnty it become worst..if u skip excesrsice but it doesnt work just eat more and more and more but not out of atkins rules menu..ok i got it  :)  haha advice diri sndiri nmpak  :)

time i lost 7 kg tu ade lah orng tnye "fatin u buat ape nmpak perut kempis skett"
then aku mulah "really !! u perasan kee " time tu aku batak ecxited arr.. but skrng dh naik balik..ok ape yg aku buat..ni aku list kan so aku pon boleh balnce lah ang korng as well ye

ok first of all aku x kan gi gym kalo aku sorng2 sbb malu..ade orng yg nk company aku,,aku akn join lah..sume training tu aku buat kt umah je kt bilik study..yes ! memang tertutup but aku selesa.before aku ade dumbell( i ade tau warne pink cute giler cm aku)  aku just gune mineral water punye bottle je..2 lah kan botel mineral yg 1 litre tu..memang saket arr tgn sbb genggaman salah kan kalo dumbell selesa..ok itu je untuk permulaan post tngok nihh

tinggi : 150 berat tngok kt penimbang atas tu
